At Padel Zone, shipping is always on us. No minimums, no hidden fees.
We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Our courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us — we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or if anything is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@padelzoneeg.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right — at no cost to you.
